Masai Lawson is Manager of Talent Acquisition Inclusion at Gannett Fleming, Inc where she and her team focus on translating talent acquisition needs into strategic recruiting initiative, high touch candidate engagement, mapping recruiting efficiencies to impact overall business objectives, while at the same time promoting an employee centric culture. Prior to joining Gannett Fleming, Masai held various roles within the talent acquisition and recruitment process consulting. Throughout her career she has focused on creative problem solving, client and relationship management, while developing numerous services and “go-to” market strategies for innovative talent acquisition solutions, designed to afford her clients a competitive advantage in the war for talent.  Her client list includes Microsoft, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Siemens and the City of Atlanta. Masai has over eighteen years progressive experience, with strengths in client relationship management, recruitment process, executive search and diversity and inclusion across multiple industries. Over her career, Ms. Lawson has cultivated a sensibility and informed perspective of operational challenges, resulting in the development of impactful strategies and the delivery of process improvements, designed to enhance operations, supporting growth and profitability. Masai is most fulfilled by bringing talent to an organization that will allow them to flourish together. Watching talent mature and grow while they take an active role of in promoting and supporting the company vision and strategy, and ultimately positively impacting bottom-line results. Though she now resides in the Greater Harrisburg area, Ms. Lawson is a native of Philadelphia, attended Drexel University and is a ride or die Sixers fan.
